Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam where he graduated as a medical doctor and licensed in Oriental Medicine.  He received his diploma in Acupuncture in Paris, France in 1989, his masters degree in Oritnetal Medicine in California in 1993, and he also received his Diplomate in Acupuncture of the NCCA.
